Rwanda was amazing!
The people have gone through a horrific genocide,
but you wouldn’t know it because the people aren’t
resentful or bitter they are so loving. I felt at
home, and welcomed as a brother while I was there.
The country is beautiful. The terrain is rolling green hills. The climate is 68 -72 degrees fahrenheit. I felt like I was in San Diego for the entire trip.
It was powerful to hear the stories of God's deliverance during the genocide in “94”. (If you want to read those stories go to my blog.)
I preached in an open tent at my sight, there were about 3,500 people there every night. On the weekends the crowds grew to about 5,000 people. Your help led to over 880 baptisms in the South Province, where I was preaching, and well over 1,000 people all together.
